## Contributions and company outcomes

### Ewoyaa mining lease ratified; development and transaction remain conditional [keith-muller_lease_milestone]

19 March to 27 October 2026 · issuer reported · low materiality

Ghana’s Parliament ratified the Ewoyaa Mining Lease on 19 March 2026, following its initial grant in October 2023. This completed a major permitting milestone, but the issuer said it enabled funding discussions toward FID; no production had started. A proposed Huayou scheme announced 7 May remained subject to shareholder, court and regulatory approvals at the 11 September reporting date. On 27 October 2026, the company reported FIRB no objection to the proposed acquisition and completion of the separate transfer of the Ghana project rights from Elevra to Huayou; the company acquisition remained conditional on shareholder, court and other approvals.

**Attribution:** Role overlaps event; causation unproven. The executives were associated with current leadership during project advancement, but the records do not establish each individual’s contribution.

**Relevance:** Permitting and possible ownership transition are central to current roles; this is not a delivered mine or production success.

## Industrial safety

### Ewoyaa workforce fatality and subsequent safety changes [keith_muller_ewoyaa_fatality]

9 July 2024; company follow-up in FY2025 · issuer reported · high materiality

A workforce member died at Ewoyaa on 9 July 2024; Atlantic Lithium reported it stopped activities, notified authorities and resumed after Minerals Commission site inspections. Its FY2025 report says it updated risk assessments, procedures and training, and reports LTIFR falling from 4.22 to 2.65 and TRIFR from 12.65 to 2.65. The reported improvement is company-reported and does not independently establish causation or prevent recurrence.

**Attribution:** Role overlaps event; causation unproven. Atlantic Lithium employed this executive at or before the incident based on the available role evidence, but no individual causation or breach has been established.

**Relevance:** Material company-level health and safety oversight evidence; the regulator’s full findings were not reviewed.

## Environmental record

### FoN/Oxfam report alleges historical farmer compensation and consultation grievances [keith-muller_farmer_rights_report]

2017–2019, reported 3 Jul 2026 · alleged · medium materiality

GNA reported that a Friends of the Nation study produced with Oxfam alleged inadequate compensation or lack of prior notice for some farmers during exploration, particularly 2017–2019. It described disputes over crops, naturally occurring trees and community representation, while also noting FoN praised the company for waiting for parliamentary ratification before mining. The underlying study was not retrieved; the GNA news account does not identify a responsible individual. In the same article an unnamed company official denied infringing stakeholder rights and said traditional authorities notified landowners. This denial is not independent resolution.

**Attribution:** Employer context; no individual link established. This is a project/company allegation about historical exploration; no individual responsibility or the rostered executives’ tenure at that time was established.

**Relevance:** Relevant to community relations and social licence; it is not a court or regulator finding.

## Suitability for the current role

### Documented role scope and role fit [keith_muller_role_fit]

Current role at cutoff · analyst inference · low materiality

Analyst inference: the documented title places Keith Muller in a function relevant to ASX ordinary-share exposure to pre-production Ewoyaa in Ghana, a smaller Côte d’Ivoire lithium exploration portfolio, and a conditional USD cash acquisition scheme with Huayou. The reviewed material does not establish individual delivery or causal contribution; suitability beyond title alignment remains unassessed. Issuer material documents relevant prior experience: Business Leader and General Manager at Allkem/Mt Cattlin; earlier Operations Manager and Senior Mining Engineer at Simec. This supports role relevance only and does not prove an outcome in this role.

**Attribution:** Responsibility not applicable. This is a limited role-scope inference from the issuer-documented position; it is not an outcome or personal-performance claim.

**Relevance:** The role is pertinent to oversight or execution of the company’s disclosed business; evidence on individual effectiveness is limited.

## Evidence gaps

- Education, professional memberships and credentials require person-specific primary or independent verification where not detailed in the cited issuer source.

- Individual attribution for company outcomes was not established; company results must not be read as personal achievements.

- The underlying FoN/Oxfam study and individual case compensation records were not obtained. GNA records the company denial; this does not independently resolve the claims.

- The full Ghana Minerals Commission investigation into the 9 July 2024 Ewoyaa fatality was not obtained; underlying cause, findings and personal responsibility remain unverified.

- Past-employer work dates, complete records of regulatory enforcement and independent verification of qualifications remain incomplete.

- Issuer disclosures disagree on appointment dates: the 2023 employment contract states CEO commencement on 16 May, the 2023 AGM notice states board appointment 23 June, and the 2026 annual report states 31 May. The single role date is left unset.

- The prior report contained shared multi-person, nine-topic search logs from 9 October; their execution and person-specific coverage could not be independently established and they were not carried forward as verified searches.
