Education and qualifications
Metallurgical doctorate is reported, with conferral limits
2005; later publications · issuer reported · low materiality
Haoma’s historical quarterly report states Goodall completed a PhD in 2005 based on its ores. MinAssist lists the related thesis and metallurgical papers. The awarding university and degree-conferral record were not independently verified.
Attribution: Responsibility not applicable. Research/employer evidence supports the claimed background; it is not a university check.
Relevance: Relevant technical foundation for processing design.

Contributions and company outcomes
Aura credits Goodall with feasibility work, not mine delivery
Aura technical association, including 2018–2026 · issuer reported · medium materiality
Aura identifies Goodall as responsible for the Tiris scoping/definitive studies and Häggån scoping work. These are completed technical work products; the reviewed evidence does not establish production-scale validation or an operating mine commissioned by him.
Attribution: Individual involvement documented. Issuer explicitly assigns study responsibility; independent technical acceptance and personal operating performance remain limited.
Relevance: Relevant metallurgy experience, with delivery distinct from studies.

Business failures and setbacks
Tiris development schedule remains unfulfilled
July 2024–October 2026 · issuer reported · high materiality
The July 2024 plan targeted a mine decision in Q1 2025. Aura reported final engineering estimates delayed the study from September 2026, and released the Tiris bankable feasibility study on 16 October 2026. Pilot commissioning in November and financing and final investment decision by end-2026 remained targets; commercial uranium production had not been demonstrated.
Attribution: Role overlaps event; causation unproven. CDO and principal metallurgy responsibilities overlap development studies and flowsheet work. Role overlap does not establish that this person caused the delay.
Relevance: Execution and disclosure discipline matter as Aura moves from studies to financing and construction.

Governance and interests
July 2023 service agreement is not the first CDO appointment
2022–2023 chronology · documented · low materiality
The FY2026 report gives 1 July 2023 as the employment-agreement commencement. FY2023 already identifies him as CDO and separately dates the 2022 acting-CEO period. The exact first CDO appointment remains unknown.
Attribution: Individual involvement documented. Contract date and role history are distinct; no date was invented.
Relevance: Preserves an accurate responsibility timeline.

Suitability for the current role
Fit for Aura’s next development stage
Assessment at 10 October 2026 · analyst inference · medium materiality
Longstanding ore-specific metallurgy and study responsibility provide strong technical relevance. Revised flowsheet work and incomplete production validation limit demonstrated delivery for the next construction stage.
Attribution: Responsibility not applicable. Analytical judgment based on the cited career and delivery evidence.
Relevance: Professional suitability for the disclosed role; this is not a personal integrity score.

Evidence gaps
-
Exact CDO commencement, early consulting tenure and awarding-university conferral record remain unverified.
-
Haoma process claims and MinAssist studies were not independently demonstrated to translate into sustained profitable commercial production; client-by-client adverse-event coverage is limited.
-
The reviewed filings do not identify who was individually responsible for the Tiris clay/residue design problem.
-
Earlier 10 October person/topic searches were inherited and were not independently reproduced in the 31 October refresh; the later search was targeted rather than a complete repeat of every topic.
