Personal achievements

FY26 Board-assessed KMP scorecard

FY2026, 1 July 2025–30 June 2026 · issuer reported · medium materiality

Aurelia’s audited FY26 remuneration report records a 75% business outcome and 100% individual outcome for Andrew Graham, producing a weighted STI outcome of 80% of target and an A$213,413 award (53% of maximum). The report’s common business scorecard gave no credit for TRIFR (7.54 against a <5.93 target), threshold credit for Peak controllable costs (A$339/t against A$309/t target) and Great Cobar schedule, stretch credit for gold production and the New Occidental maiden resource, and Board-adjusted base-metal assessment. The report does not disclose the individual criteria behind Graham’s score, so this is the Board’s assessment rather than independent proof of personal delivery.

Attribution: Individual involvement documented. The audited remuneration report directly assigns the published individual and weighted STI scores to Graham; it does not disclose the underlying individual scorecard measures.

Relevance: Documents the Board’s assessment during his CD&TO tenure while making clear that company-wide outcomes and undisclosed individual criteria limit independent evaluation.

Contributions and company outcomes

FY26 operating and development context

FY2026 or stated period · issuer reported · low materiality

The FY26 annual report records the company’s production, project and financial results during Graham’s CD&TO tenure. These results provide context for his development remit but do not isolate his contribution or establish that he personally delivered them. The opened company FY26 report does not provide an independently benchmarked executive performance attribution.

Attribution: Role overlaps event; causation unproven. The annual report describes company-level results; individual responsibility is not established.

Relevance: Relevant to the executive’s documented function and the company’s operating and development profile; the degree of personal contribution is limited to the evidence stated.

Issuer-reported project and exploration contributions

FY2026 or stated period · issuer reported · low materiality

Aurelia identifies Graham as CD&TO during a period in which the company advanced Great Cobar and Federation development and reported exploration results. Evidence reviewed is issuer reporting and does not establish an independently verified personal success record or isolate his contribution from the broader team.

Attribution: Role overlaps event; causation unproven. Company reporting establishes timing and role overlap only.

Relevance: Relevant to the executive’s documented function and the company’s operating and development profile; the degree of personal contribution is limited to the evidence stated.

Interim CEO period: cash generation, financing and project reset

Interim CEO term 19 November 2022–5 June 2023; FY2023 results · issuer reported · medium materiality

During Andrew Graham’s 19 November 2022–5 June 2023 Interim CEO term, Aurelia’s FY23 results reported that the December 2022 Organisational Renewal Program had returned all operations to cash generation, transitioned Peak to owner-operator mining, moved Hera to care and maintenance, optimised Federation and secured Trafigura financing plus an equity raise. Graham later publicly attributed these outcomes and the mine-plan reset to the leadership team over a seven-month period. The issuer’s results corroborate several outcomes but do not isolate Graham’s personal contribution. The turnaround was not an unqualified operating recovery: FY23 group gold output fell to 86.3 koz from 98.5 koz in FY22 and AISC rose to A$2,315/oz from A$1,707/oz.

Attribution: Role overlaps event; causation unproven. Graham’s post is a self-attribution to the leadership team and the issuer’s annual results document company outcomes. No independent source apportions causal credit to him.

Relevance: Relevant evidence of company outcomes and leadership tenure for an executive now responsible for development and technical delivery; mixed production and cost trends qualify the positive cash/funding outcomes.

Andrew Graham’s post on Aurelia’s FY23 operational reset (public post, 7-month list of claimed outcomes); FY23 Financial Results (FY23 operational and financial results; Organisational Renewal Program outcomes); Appendix 4E and FY23 Financial Statements (FY23 audited financial statements and interim CEO remuneration period)

Suitability for the current role

Documented role scope and role fit

Current role at cutoff · analyst inference · low materiality

Andrew Graham joined Aurelia as General Manager – Growth in March 2022; the FY23 remuneration report gives his Interim CEO term as 19 November 2022 to 5 June 2023, and Aurelia says he became Chief Development and Technical Officer in September 2023. Earlier roles covered business development, M&A, strategy and project development at MMG, OZ Minerals and Zinifex, and engineering/site roles at BHP. His mining-engineering and finance education and project-development chronology fit Aurelia’s growth portfolio. Company results provide context, not personal causation.

Attribution: Responsibility not applicable. This is a limited role-scope inference from the issuer-documented position; it is not an outcome or personal-performance claim.

Relevance: The role is pertinent to oversight or execution of the company’s disclosed business; evidence on individual effectiveness is limited.

Evidence gaps

  • Prior employer titles, tenure dates and performance outcomes remain incomplete where no dates were provided in the opened biographies; no personal causal attribution is inferred from company results.

  • Credential and education claims are reported by issuer or secondary biography and were not independently checked with issuing institutions or professional bodies.

  • Person-specific open-web searches are not exhaustive court, regulator, sanctions, safety, environmental or credential checks; a no-relevant-finding result is not a clearance.
