FY2024–August 2026 · documented · high materiality
Redivium reported a A$2.45m loss for FY2024 and its auditor identified material going-concern uncertainty. Salt was CEO from October 2023 and managing director from January to July 2024. After his departure the FY2025 report recorded A$15.59m loss including A$12.95m intangible impairment, and ASX removed the company in August 2026 for unpaid annual listing fees.
Attribution: Role overlaps event; causation unproven. FY2024 overlapped his role; later impairment and listing removal occurred after he left. Personal causation or responsibility for later events is not established.
