Management background checks
The leadership team combines company-reported finance, operating, geological and sustainability experience. FY2026 profit and plant expansion are balanced by safety performance, a company conviction, a pending Red Lake claim and a settled historical action involving the discovery leader. Evidence remains limited and allegations are not findings of misconduct.

FY2026 results and Mungari expansion
Evolution reported FY2026 statutory net profit A$1.475 billion versus A$926 million, and Mungari production rose from 135,000 oz to 186,000 oz after expansion commissioning. Group average realised gold price rose about 40%, an important contributor to profit.

Coverage and limitations
- Registered accounts are nominees, custodians or direct accounts; registered names must not be used to infer underlying beneficial ownership.
- The 20-account register is historical at 16 September 2026. Later notices do not change that dated register.
- BlackRock, State Street and Vanguard figures in the issuer’s September 2026 substantial-holder table differ from the latest dated ASX notices found; measurement dates and reasons for those differences remain unresolved and are shown in the relevant rows.
- Van Eck Associates Corporation ceased being a substantial holder on 18 September 2026; the prior annual-table entry is excluded from this latest disclosure view, and cessation does not establish zero ownership.
- Citigroup and JPMorgan reported ceasing to be substantial holders in September 2025; this does not establish zero holdings.
- Evolution’s August 2026 substantial-holder notice relates to its investment in Carnaby Resources, not a holding in Evolution, and is excluded.
- Reported group voting interests can overlap nominee accounts and other group interests; do not add the views or assume economic beneficial ownership.
- Bracketed register-entry labels distinguish repeated names where the company table provides no unique account label.
